Welcome to the Tardis:About SleepyTechnoKid

Thanks for your edits! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is a great time to have joined us, because now you can play the Game of Rassilon with us and win cool stuff! Well, okay, badges. That have no monetary value. And that largely only you can see. But still: they're cool!

We've got a couple of important quirks for a Wikia wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.
British English, please
We generally use British English round these parts, so if you're American, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.
Other useful stuff
Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

If you're brand new to wiki editing — and we all were, once! —  you probably want to check out these tutorials at Wikipedia, the world's largest wiki:

Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes like this:

Editing policies[[edit source]]

Hi! Please make note of the following policies before creating a new page on the wiki:

Thanks. Shambala108 00:04, May 5, 2016 (UTC)

Also Tardis:Capital letters and Tardis:Categorisation, and don't forget to proofread your work for grammar and spelling. Shambala108 23:53, May 16, 2016 (UTC)

Page moves[[edit source]]

Hi! Please note that per Thread:128198, only admins are permitted to move pages. Thanks. Shambala108 03:19, November 27, 2016 (UTC)

Infostamps[[edit source]]

Hey, I see you recently added an entry on the continuity section of Songs of Love about infostamps. Even though I have heard the story, I'm not sure if they actually appear/are used, or only mentioned. For this reason, I though it'd be better to ask you, so I can update the infobox on the infostamp page. Thanks in advance. OncomingStorm12th 02:31, April 3, 2017 (UTC)

Image size[[edit source]]

Hi, please note that image sizes should never be above 100k. Most of the images you've recently uploaded have been larger than that. Please re-upload them in a smaller size. Thanks, Shambala108 15:02, September 14, 2017 (UTC)

I'm afraid I don't get it. The first couple dozen images you uploaded to the wiki meet our size guidelines at under 100k, so you obviously have no trouble doing so, but your most recent ones are the ones that are well over 100k, including one uploaded after I made the above post. Please re-upload these images at the proper size. Thanks, Shambala108 01:54, September 21, 2017 (UTC)

Re: Warlock's Cross cover[[edit source]]

Hi, honestly, at thumbnail size I couldn't tell the difference between the two images. The policy states that when uploading a new version of a file, there should be a significant improvement; not seeing any real difference, I removed the newest version. So my mistake and I apologize for the trouble.

Now, we could just have you upload the new one again, but if the original image has an error, I'd rather not have it on the wiki. If you think there's a reason for keeping it let me know; otherwise I'll delete it and you can re-upload the correct version. Thanks, Shambala108 23:42, November 14, 2018 (UTC)

Re: covers[[edit source]]

Hi, I must have missed that. It's getting harder and harder to read the white text on dark background on this site (sigh). Sorry for my mistake! Shambala108 20:38, August 14, 2020 (UTC)

For(u)m Letter[[edit source]]

Hey there, I hope your Halloween was decent. As you might know, we've not had forums for over two years at this point. A few of the regular editors have been having a discussion on this topic at Forum talk:Index and we'd like the input of other prominent editors if you have the inclination. Cheers.
