A Dalek Commander led the Daleks against the Rapid Response Fleet and in their invasion of Vega VI, reporting the Vega System's conquest to the Dalek Supreme afterwards.
Per his orders, he constructed robotising plants and commenced planetary drilling for the mining of veganite. The Commander observed Susan Mendes after her behaviour was referred to him and had the feed transmitted to the Dalek Supreme on the orders of the Emperor. (AUDIO: Invasion of the Daleks)
