Will Alloran was a soldier. He was the twin brother of Lomas Alloran. He studied under Korbin Thessinger and spent his spare time in the war composing. He had feelings for Ace after he met her. Ace asked him about his actions in the war, particularly about how he lost his leg. He was the discoverer of the bioharmonics research, which his brother used.
