The X Factor, (COMIC: Opera of Doom!) also called X-Factor (PROSE: Borrowed Time) and mistakenly as X Facters by George Thompson, (PROSE: My Special Book) was an Earth television series.

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

When Frederico Gobbo, an allegedly renowned musician, played for the Tenth Doctor and Rose in Vanezia, she was deeply unimpressed and said, "This bloke wouldn't make it past round one of The X Factor!" (COMIC: Opera of Doom!)

The X Factor was one of several things Rose mentioned to Kate Yates to remind her of her humanity. (PROSE: I Am a Dalek)

Donna Noble watched X Factor, as mentioned by Lance Bennett. (TV: The Runaway Bride)

The Tenth Doctor once suggested that the Filbiks could become "hooked" on The X Factor. (PROSE: The End of the Rainbow)

After Kate Maguire sang part of Shaneeqi's song "Don't Steal My Boyfriend, Girlfriend," the Doctor told her that she should go on The X-Factor. (PROSE: Autonomy)

Cory complained about his fellow astronauts singing, comparing them to contestants on The X Factor. (COMIC: The Hyperion Empire)

One former X-Factor contestant used a Time Harvester. Amy Pond found his time in a locker in Little Green Storage. (PROSE: Borrowed Time)

George Thompson liked "X Facters"; he wrote about it in his special book. (PROSE: My Special Book)

The Twelfth Doctor told Keri that, since television signals were sent out into space, it was probable that a couple of Weave were even then watching the first ever X-Factor final. (PROSE: Big Bang Generation)
