LostRaccoon is a small raccoon of little consequence who likes to wander, though she never knows where she's going, and is sometimes even unsure of where she is. Like most raccoons, she can be distracted by shiny objects.

LostRaccoon is also a theatrical costume tech. She freelances, which is a big part of why she's always on the move, and has to do with why she occasionally drops out of existance for weeks at a time.

Being an American born in 1985, the first Doctor she met was the ninth, though she is now (obsessively, if haphazardly) working her way back though the classic series.
