Peter Wragg (13 December 1946-15 April 2012) was the visual effects designer for the Doctor Who stories The Visitation, Resurrection of the Daleks and Mindwarp. In 1991, he won a Royal Television Society Craft Award for his work on Red Dwarf, a show on which he was the principal visual effects designer for most of its original run. He was also the visual effects designer for The Hound of the Baskervilles, produced by Barry Letts and starring Tom Baker.
