- It is possible that "Mr Smith" is actually the Doctor, who often goes by the alias "John Smith". However, it could also be a reference to Mr Smith, Sarah Jane Smith's alien computer and K9 Mark IV's colleague, as seen in The Sarah Jane Adventures.
