King Alalal was the king of the Surobans.
History
Alalal ordered the execution of the Tenth Doctor and the crew of the Seamancer. When Jalkis betrayed him, Alalal ordered his execution, which turned into a battle. King Alalal's ordered failed and the Doctor escaped to Earth, taking all the humans with him. (COMIC: Shipwreck!)
