Surobos

Surobos was the homeworld of the Surobans, located over 420,000 light-years from Earth. It was almost completely covered in ocean. One of the native life-forms was the skilus eel.

In the early 21st century, the Tenth Doctor, Martha Jones and the crew of the Seamancer were accidentally transported from Earth to Surobos when the TARDIS' dematerialisation field malfunctioned. The Seamancer ran aground on some rocks and the crew were stuck on an island, where they were discovered by a group of Surobans led by King Alalal. They initially planned to execute the humans, but the Doctor convinced them to give them time to find their ship and depart. The Doctor, with the aid of Jalkis, retrieved the sunken TARDIS and returned the Seamancer crew home. (COMIC: Shipwreck!)
