Lycon was the younger brother of King Mihal of Zalezna.
Biography
When Lycon was a child, his brother and he witnessed their uncle Kalem kill King Loran. After fleeing from their uncle and his man, they were saved by the Eighth Doctor, who used his sonic screwdriver to disarm the soldiers. Mihal was then made king of Zalezna.
Lycon later told his children the story of how Mihal became king while Mihal was on his deathbed. (PROSE: From Little Acorns)
