Nevon-two was a Rhumon Republican military officer. His official title was Morale and Discipline Officer. After capturing Victoria Waterfield, Draga-three had a shock collar put on her and sent her to spy on the Imperials. Unknown to Draga, Nevon-two put a bomb in the collar. When this was discovered, the collar's controls were damaged when Relgo tried to stop her, and Draga deactivated the collar.
She was brought under the influence of the Animus by the gold medals she had confiscated from Imperial prisoners. Nevon was killed when she was absorbed by the Animus. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods)
