The Doctor brings Sarah Jane back to Earth with a bang when the TARDIS lands in the middle of a quarry – and a controlled explosion! Things go from bad to worse when the Time Lord discovers that the blast has unearthed the severed hand of Eldred, a criminal from the planet Kastria who was supposedly executed long ago. Is the stone hand really alive and hatching an evil plan? Can the Doctor prevent the nearby nuclear power station from becoming Eldred’s first meal in centuries? And is this the end of the line for Sarah Jane Smith?
