In 2011, he portrayed Gerard Hamilton in the TV movie Christopher and His Kind, starring Matt Smith. More recently, Jones played the super-villain Arnim Zola in the 2011 movie Captain America: The First Avenger.
He also played Kotris in the Big Finish Productions audio dramas The Great War, Fugitives, Tangled Web and X and the Daleks.
