Bing Crosby (born 2 May 1903 in Tacoma, Washington, USA; died 14 October 1977 in Madrid, Spain) was an American singer and actor.

At the time the First Doctor, Sara Kingdom and Steven Taylor crashed a film set, he was a clown working on a film for Ingmar Knopf. He was depressed because Charlie Chaplin had trademarked the good gags. (TV: "The Feast of Steven" episode of The Daleks' Master Plan)
