Harvey was a Perivale resident who worked in a grocery shop with Len, next door to the Drayton Court. The Seventh Doctor visited their shop to buy cat food. After the Doctor left, Harvey discovered that something had attacked and killed their cat, and he alerted Len. (TV: Survival)

Behind the scenes

Harvey's co-worker was portrayed by Norman Pace's long-time friend and comic partner Gareth Hale. The grocery shop scene was, in effect, a Pace & Hale joint appearance.
