The Dr. Who radio series was a planned series that was to star Peter Cushing as Dr. Who, the character he had played previously in Dr. Who and the Daleks and Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D.. There were 52 episodes planned, but only a pilot was produced. The BBC turned the story down and the series was not produced, the pilot lost to time.[1]
