Gilbert M worked in the Kandy Kitchen with the Kandy Man, who made sweets that killed people. He was a scientist who had worked in the state laboratories on the planet Vasilip. He was exiled because he had accidentally invented a new type of germ that wiped out half the population. Gilbert M told Joseph C about him making the Kandy Man. The two of them escaped in Helen A's spaceship before she could use it herself. (TV: The Happiness Patrol)
