A pan-babylonian was a humanoid species originating from one of the seven planets of the Sun-singers of Akhet.
One tended the Maldovarium and served Dorium Maldovar. It presented River Song with a Vortex Manipulator that Dorium described as 'fresh off the wrist of a handsome Time Agent. HHowever, the Pan-babylonian hadn't removed the Manipulator from the wrist of the Time Agent, an error it was reprimanded by Dorium for.
