Lee Harvey Oswald was an American communist who assassinated the U.S. President John F. Kennedy.

On 23 November, the front page of the Daily Standard reported the capture of Oswald for the assassination of Kennedy. (TV: The Cambridge Spy)

On 22 November 1963, the Ninth Doctor was photographed in Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. President Kennedy passed within a few feet of him an instant before being fatally shot. (TV: Rose; WEB: Defending the Earth!)
