St Teilo's Hospital (also known as St Teilo's Military Hospital) was a military hospital in Cardiff during the First World War. Tommy Brockless recovered there from shell shock. It was the location of time shifts in 1918 and 2008, which were investigated and ultimately neutralised by Torchwood.
