Phee Laws was a young human girl, A-grade and daughter of Jo Laws and sister to Sam Laws and Casey Laws. Living on *the Mnemosyne Cincture she and her friend MMAC rescued the Second Doctor, Zoe Heriot and Jamie McCrimmon and helped them to discover the ancient machine, Arkive within the core of *Mnemosyne itself.
