Phee Laws was a young human girl, A-grade and the daughter of Jo Laws and the sister of Sam Laws and Casey Laws. She was very protective of her siblings and maturely took her place as the sensible member of the family. Living on the Mnemosyne Cincture, she and MMAC rescued the Second Doctor, Zoe Heriot and Jamie McCrimmon and helped them to discover the ancient machine, Arkive, within the core of Mnemosyne itself.
