Jackson Carnivel was behind a mirror and saw Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane come through the mirror. She was the last survivor of an expedition to Grid 4 Mining Station. Irving Braxiatel found out that she was a mirror version of the former self. (AUDIO: The Mirror Effect)
