Kaiser pudding was a kind of pudding made with lots of almonds, eggs, lemon peel, candied peel, oranges, and cream. Victoria Waterfield was fond of it, and had it many times while living in her father's home in England.

Doing her stay at Ramón Salamander's palace in the Central European Zone, she attempted to give the recipe to Salamander's Head Chef. He was not, however, impressed and instead assigned her to peeling the potatoes. (TV: The Enemy of the World)
