Removed content

When I encounted the article it said

...having started with The Stone's Lament, however Big Finish have retroactively changed The Secret of Cassandra (and commissioned Adrian Salmon) to illustrate it, therefore making The Secrets of Cassandra the first (in release order).

I have no idea what the original editor was trying to say, here, so I just removed it as confusing. I don't get how Salmon's cover magically made the release order change, or why it's relevant to an article about Salmon.

I also removed the list of all the BFBS covers. It seems kinda pointless to me, since he did virtually all of them, and it's one of those things that we'd have to keep updating every so often. But I preserve the list here:
