On 20 December 1893, bottle factory owner Nathaniel Seers underwent a sudden change of personality. He sacked an employee who had suffered an injury at the factory instead of showing his usual compassion and philanthropy. Jenny Flint rescued them. Jenny and Madame Vastra removed the poison from a rocket, preventing Mrs Winifred Gillyflower and Mr Sweet's plans to destroy humanity. Strax killed Mrs Gillyflower to save the lives of the Doctor and his friends, and Mrs Gillyflower's daughter, Ada, crushed Mr Sweet. (TV: The Crimson Horror)
