A suicide bomber shot the receptionist at a CIA records department. When he was about to shoot Esther Drummond, he was shot by Jack Harkness, but, due to the events of Miracle Day, he did not die, though he still detonated a bomb strapped to his chest.

At the wreckage of the explosion, the suicide bomber was taken to a Hospital. His body was completely destroyed by the explosion, but he was still responding. When the body was examined, his head was cut away from the body. yet he was still responding. The suicide bomber was taken to the CIA HQ in Colorado, and he was placed in a containment box. (TV: The New World) He presumably died when the Miracle was negated. (TV: The Blood Line)
