A body was the physical form of a living being. When dead, a body was sometimes known as a corpse.

The Relic was the body of the Doctor. It was found after a battle on Dronid, then put up for auction in the Unthinkable City on Earth in the late 21st century. (PROSE: Alien Bodies)
