Vitutia was the Empress of Excelis. She knew Bernice Summerfield wasn't the cause of the sun's disappearance but sought to execute her for the public. She was used by Snyper as a conduit to his plan to kill the executor of his race. (AUDIO: The Plague Herds of Excelis)
