Alf was a man living in Victorian London who believed the appearance of a Tyrannosaur in the River Thames was part of a government conspiracy. He was attacked by the Half-Face Man, who took his eyes and presumably burnt the rest of his body as he had done with his other victims. (TV: Deep Breath)
