H. P. Wilson was the chief electrical officer for Henrik's department store. Rose Tyler was to deliver a packet of lottery money to him, but she was attacked by the Autons and fled with the Ninth Doctor. The Doctor informed her that Wilson had been killed by the Autons. (TV: Rose)
