The Antiverse was a universe comprised of anti-time. Use of the Oubliette of Eternity would send people to this universe, turning them into Neverpeople. When Charlotte Pollard was saved from her destined death on the R101 she became a living paradox and gateway between the Universe and Antiverse, enabling the Neverpeople to attack the Web of Time. The Eighth Doctor and Romana went there looking for the remains of Rassilon, who according to legend travelled there to fight Zagreus.
