The Gerrad House was a hotel in England.
Sarah Jane Smith wanted to marry Peter Dalton there. However, Peter Dalton had made a contract with the Trickster. When he married Sarah Jane, she would forget about the aliens and about protecting the Earth.
The Tenth Doctor arrived to stop the wedding. Finally, Peter Dalton took back the contract with the Trickster. (TV: The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith)
