Quadrigger Stoyn was a Time Lord engineer who was decommissioning the Doctor's TARDIS when the First Doctor and Susan Foreman first stole the machine. Stoyn travelled with them to Earth's moon. He was angry as he was in the engine rooms when the Doctor made his first journey. He was scared at being on a different planet.
