Thomas Greene was the footman at 64 Carlysle Street. Because the butler, Mr Golightly, was getting quite old, Thomas took over some of his more difficult duties.
Thomas answered the door the day the First Doctor and Steven Taylor appeared at the house, on the trail of the alien Roztoq. Thomas was surprised that Steven, who was posing as the Doctor's chauffeur, had the nerve to try to enter through the front door, rather than the servants' entrance. (PROSE: 64 Carlysle Street)
