Zhe Ikiyuyu was an artist on the planet Ouloumos. They were trained to make material through complex mathmatical formulas, called Block Transfer Sculptures. They were trained on Logopolis, but left the museum long before their arrival.
They held parties, one of which was attended by the Fourth Doctor. Facing criticism of their works, they withdrew them from a gallery and exiled herself to her private retreat on the moon.
