Sulphagen tablet was a pain killer made by humans. When a Earth spacecraft landed on Exxilon, and it's Commander, Stewart, was injured in a Exxilon attack, Jill Tarrant gave him surphagen tablets. By the time the Third Doctor arrived, Jill had given Stewart the last tablet. (TV: Death to the Daleks)
