The Daniels family were a Southampton family who befriended the Ninth Doctor. In April 1912, they cancelled their trip to the New World on the Titanic, surviving the ship's disaster. (TV: Rose) In the early 21st century, a family of the same name were among those relocated to Leeds in an parallel world where London was destroyed, ironically by a replica of the Titanic.
