Miguel Gonzalez was the husband of Maria Gonzalez and father of Gabby and Blanca Gonzalez. He owned a Mexican restaurant, The Castillo Mexicano, and a laundromat in Brooklyn's Sunset Park neighborhood. He made Gabby work at his businesses and take accounting classes instead of going to art school like she wanted.
