A neighbour in Perivale was disturbed in 1989 by the constant, loud cat screams from the Kitlings. Seeing the Seventh Doctor one Sunday, she dashed up to him to complain about the cats. (TV: Survival)
Behind the scenes
Appearing at the end of part 3 of Survival, the neighbour was the last person to be seen or heard in the "classic era" of Doctor Who, aside from the series' two protagonists, the Seventh Doctor and Ace.
She does not appear in the novelisation; her role being taken by Mrs Bates.
