: UPD: I have added a proof that this street is in Manhattan in the BHS section. Also the point I made about West/East streets is moot because it is not a street sign but a parking sign. Dab term is missing
So first of all, real world information to set the stage. Each borough in New York City has its own separate street numbering. So there are many 44th Streets in NYC.
The 44th Street (Brooklyn) appeared in Revolutions of Terror as surrounding the Sunset Park (park, not neighbourhood). So the question is whether it is clear from Day of the Moon that the 44th Street where River Song regenerated is in Manhattan. I need to rewatch the story, but somehow I doubt it.
There is an additional complication from the real world. Street signs in Manhattan would not show "44th St". It would be either "W 44th St" or "E 44th St" because streets in Manhattan are separated into the West and Each portions by the 5th Avenue.
