Terma was the chief scientist of the secret Facility One in Parallel 59 on Skale. He killed the head of the facility, Narkompros, by reprogramming Narkompros' Medik so it dispensed poison tablets instead of medicine. Terma then took charge of the Facility. He was killed later when Haltiel dropped a bomb on the Facility. (PROSE: Parallel 59)
