A Gond student lived under the enslaving regime of the Krotons.
After discovering that all the "companions" of the Krotons had been killed, he, Thara and some of the other students decided to destroy the Krotons. When they discovered from the custodian that the Krotons never came out of their machine, Thara decided to smash the teaching machines to get the Krotons to come out, but were stopped by the Second Doctor and Selris.
