O'Reilley (Max Warp) was a presenter of Max Warp along with Geoffrey Vantage and Timbo. He was incredibly knowledgeable about spaceships, although his approach to presenting was rather unexciting which Vantage often berated him for. After Vantage was exposed as a war criminal and would-be murderer, O'Reilley finally snapped and ordered his arrest. O'Reilley then took charge of Max Warp.
