Although Top Gear was also mentioned in Almost Perfect [+]Loading...["Almost Perfect (novel)"], it was never mentioned that Jeremy Clarkson was the lead presenter, as he was in real life.

Jeremy Clarkson was a Top Gear presenter, with one of the episodes he presented being episode 8 of series 2, which contained a segment entitled "Master of the Universe". The segment featured cameos from a Dalek, a Cyberman, and Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor. Clarkson did not appear in the sketch itself, which was presented by Richard Hammond, but did feature in the studio segments before and after the skit.

Geoffrey Vantage, a character from the Big Finish Eighth Doctor audio story Max Warp [+]Loading...["Max Warp (audio story)"] played by Graeme Garden, is an unflattering and exaggerated parody of Clarkson, who attracted much controversy during his time on Top Gear.
