The Ninth Doctor of a parallel universe, who was born when the Eighth Doctor of the Doctor Who Magazine comic strip regenerated (sometime after The Flood). He met the Master on the planet Tersurus to announce his retirement from universe saving to settle down in domestic bliss with his companion Emma. He confronted the Master's various traps and then, after being captured by the Daleks, he warned him about the creatures plans to Exterminate him 'once his usefulness is at an end' via the language of Terseran, which they both knew.
