Chiswick High Road was a road in Chiswick.
On Monday 25 June 2007, Donna Noble turned left on Little Sutton Street heading for the Chiswick High Road and got a job at H.C. Clements. (TV: Turn Left)
Later that year on Christmas Eve, Donna drove down this road on her way to her wedding. (TV: The Runaway Bride)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Chiswick High Road.
