Ivan Putin was a member of KVI, a Russian agency investigating alien threats, in the 2000s. He made tea for the KVI director Maxim Ivanov. Putin shared his last name with a more famous person to whom he was not related, and he "heard all the jokes". (AUDIO: The Torchwood Archive)
