Toby the Sapient Pig lived on Earth in the early 20th century. He and his 'brother' Chardalot were artificially created. Their creator was not from Earth or that time period. The Sixth Doctor and Peri met them in Ostend in 1913. (AUDIO: Year of the Pig)
