Vikas Scindia was a member of the Scindia family.
At the beginning of the 24th century, he was Bollywood's most popular leading man.
He captured the Twelfth Doctor in Fortress Scindia in 1825 and was first shot and then decapitated by Rani Jhulka. (COMIC: The Swords of Kali)
